Philadelphia metro area saw a considerable upswing in the median sale price of single-family homes sold between February and April 2023, with the median sale price reaching $351,000 and representing a 5% increase compared to the corresponding period in the preceding year.
However, there was a contrasting trend observed in the single-family home sales in the same area, which is decreased by 29% by the end of April 2023, as compared to the previous year’s corresponding period, amounting to a total of 3,830 homes sold
