The Dallas metro area maintained its top spot among the 15 metro areas analyzed in the recent report, exhibiting a YoY increase of 23.2% in new property listings from January to March 2023. This surge resulted in a total of 40,440 single-family homes being listed in March 2023.
Conversely, the Seattle metro area demonstrated the most significant decline in YoY new property listings during the same period, with a drop of 31.1% during January to March 2023. In March 2023, only 8,750 single-family homes were listed, a sharp decrease from the previous year.
