By the end of April 2023, the inventory of single-family homes listed for sale in the Los Angeles metro region experienced a 12% decline compared to the same period in the prior year. This resulted in a total inventory of 10,500 units available for purchase.
Furthermore, during that same month, the number of single-family homes sold in the area dropped by 37%, totaling 4,360 homes sold.
